I decided to use the plug-in called Contact Form Maker by WebDorado Form Builder Team. This particular plug-in has many features including Drag & Drop, being responsive for mobile devices, includes a handful of pre-built form templates and was very easy to embed onto my webpage. This plug-in even comes with 43 different field types to be able to create the form you want.

I selected this plug-in because it was very intuitive to use. After installation, it only took me about 5 minutes to have the form created and published to my website without reading any documentation on how to use it.
